L'Italia rischia l'espulsione dall'Europa: L'A.N.A.C. corre ai ripari

_{A seguito del Meeting annuale dell'EFTBA alleghiamo corrispondenza intercorsa fra il Presidente degli Allevatori italiani Isabella Bezzera, il Chairman dell'EFTBA Mr. Hubert Honoré ed il Segretario Generale EFTBA Mrs. Camille Vercken.}

_{thank You very much for the strong help you gave me at the November 22nd meeting in Newmarket.}

_{I kindly ask You again to support the Italian breeders, following the unfortunate speech of the German Representative - Mr. Andreas Tiedtke - , who barely threatened the remove of Italy from the European Pattern Committee, because the belated payment of prize money. The Italian breeders will pay for somebody else s mistakes and the breeding industry shortly disappear.}

_{The Italian pattern and listed race are competitive and the belated payment of prize money is not a fault of the Italian racing industry.} 

_{Europe is currently having a very difficult time and the removal of Italy from the European Pattern Committee is not the right solution. If a country fails, all the others are involved.}

_{The Ministry of Agriculture has assured me that the payment of prize money until July  2016 will be settled before the end of December and they will send a commitment letter to the European Pattern Committee.}

_{I will have a meeting at the Ministry next monday and I hope to give You better news after that.}

_{Thank you again for the precious EFTBA' s support to the Italian breeders.}

_{La ringrazio per il Suo determinante appoggio durante il Meeting dell'EFTBA del 22 Novembre u.s.}

Le chiedo cortesemente di continuare a sostenere gli allevatori italiani che, dopo l'intervento del rappresentante tedesco Mr. Andreas Tiedtke ed all'esplicita dichiarazione di voler espellere l'Italia dal Comitato Pattern a causa del ritardo dei pagamenti, pagheranno per gli errori di qualcun altro ed il nostro allevamento sarebbe destinato a scomparire.

_{Le nostre corse Pattern e Listed sono di qualità ed il ritardo dei pagamenti da parte del Ministero dell'Agricoltura non è colpa degli operatori del settore.} 

_{L'Europa sta attraversando un momento molto difficile e l'espulsione dell'Italia dal Comitato Pattern non è la soluzione giusta. Se un paese fallisce anche tutti gli altri saranno coinvolti.}

_{Il Ministero dell'Agricoltura mi ha assicurato che entro il mese di Dicembre saranno pagati tutti i premi fino al mese di Luglio e stanno predisponendo una lettera di impegno da inviare al Comitato Pattern.}

_{Lunedì prossimo avrò una riunione al Ministero e spero di poterLe dare ulteriori notizie.}
